I don't care right now since nobody reads this God-forsaken place. I spent 5 years of my life putting my blood, sweat and dedication just to get a good future.

Look where my life is headed. This totally gone wrong. I blame myself for my pessimistic view of the "stretched rubber band" I blame myself for everything.

Now don't get me wrong. I DONT look down on ITE. I am filled with regret for giving up my will to fight, but rather focusing on my stupid pre-teenage girl emotions. Trying to comfort myself as I slowly forgot that time is ticking... very fast. Now I am stuck with a 26 (28 raw, after subtracting 2 points from my CCA)

Well, honestly I still can get to Republic Poly. But why am I not there? Because I bloody got D7 for maths. Yes, it's ridiculous and unexpected how I got that. Knowing that the papers honestly weren't as hard and rigid as what Mr. Siew gave me and doing the past year papers. Getting ranging from B3 to A2. So why am I getting a D7? What, Bell curve? Are you kidding me?

On the other hand. I have mum. She's being paranoid and temperamental about it. She doesnt want me to retake, she doesnt want me to go to ITE. Then what?! She wants me to go to NS right this instance and go to Australia to study. We don't even have money. Moreover, who's idea is it to bloody hell spend 57k just to renovate the whole bloody house when we can just renovate on those that's falling apart?!

Oh God... What am I gonna do... I have 1 hour and 45 minutes to go before it's 9am and for me to appeal my JAE. I'll go down the polytechnic and beg on my knees if I have to.

I blame myself. I could have done better. But I wasted 10 months doing God knows what. O Levels isn't that hard honestly speaking. But what went wrong seriously. Ability wise again? What am I going to do.

Society's not a friendly places. Second chances? Those are one in a million. Almost a myth. So what if you come out old? So what if you have a degree? It's not locally from Singapore. So what are you going to do Kevin?

Kevin, you disappoint me. You piece of old fat lazy old blob. You make me sick. You disappoint yourself. You disappoint your family, you bloody hell let down everyone who helped you. YOU EMOTIONAL LITTLE BITCH.

The Root of Opportunity

The slogan 'stay in school' is not just grossly overplayed, it really doesn't explain anything. it is more like a command, 'here is what you must do. why you ask? don't ask just stay'. this revelation hit me as i walked the halls of my mothers K-6 school in Haines City, Florida (probably because it was plastered on a few walls). I was there for a 'release party' my mother called it, not a record. butterflies. we gathered the children around, songs were sung, lessons were given, and i had the duty of releasing them into the 'wild'. These kids were asked to stay but i wondered if they truly had any idea why.

That night i spoke at the community college i attended. afterwards i was asked to give a brief interview for the schools newspaper and one of the questions was 'do you think your education has had an impact on your career'. that's when my thoughts started flowing and i realized that it had not only everything to do with my career but with life.

Education is the root of opportunity. the more education we receive the more doors that will be opened. its not about 'stay in school' or 'be cool stay in school'; i honestly think were selling it to ourselves all wrong! if you really want to see eyes opened and imaginations soaring then try explaining the numerous benefits of what higher education can do! try asking them to imagine the limitless empowerment that the future could hold. try explaining that they do not have to live out their parents lives, if only they would absorb and continue. its a daunting task, but its reality.

Its not just about opportunity either, it has other lifetime implications as well. its about the ultimate defeat of racism. we as humanity 'fear the unknown,' and if we do not know or understand other races, cultures, religions, ideas, etc. then by NATURE we fear it. if we fear it then we mentally make an enemy of it, we avoid it, we label it so we feel in control or superior to it. want to end racism in your community? fight for better education. i would love to see statistics of non-high school graduates and then master degree students in percentage of those with racist tendencies. i think we would be floored by the fact that opening your mind and gaining an understanding of the world around us allows us to accept and even embrace others.

Its not just about racism either... just yesterday i read an article in 'the week' stating the fact that people with higher education are less likely to get a divorce. relationally effects us.

Its not just about opportunity, divorce, racism, etc. its about the development of you. its about reaching your potential as a human being. its about not having the questions of who could have i become if only i...

And i know what some of you are thinking, i don't think i am smart enough!: you are reading an online journal from the patron saint of middle school dropouts. honestly my grade point average hovers on a good day right around the number two. i worked so hard to get so little it felt. i was so jealous of my two younger brothers who never had to study and still made A's, meanwhile my ADHD brain was to busy thinking about some random etching in my desk about who loves who to even attempt to concentrate on what PIE equaled. in high school the guidance counselor took me in her office and asked me what vocational school i would like to sign up for (side note: there is NOTHING wrong with trade school!) and i even questioned myself if i could do that!

So after high school i did what most people who don't believe in themselves do, i got a job at the bottom rung of the ladder picking weeds at an amusement park. and i did this for awhile! day after day i would wake up at 5AM and run lawn mowers, or plant bulbs, or blow off sidewalks. but after a few months i realized that this couldn't be it, i looked at the men who had been working at this job for years and years and i knew i didn't want to be like them. this couldn't be it. this is not what i was meant to be.

I didn't gamble on the lottery, i didn't hope for someone to see my raw leadership talent and move me up to corporate amusement park management, i didn't even put in my resume in the food service part of the park... i applied for community college.

So i have a new slogans i would like to pitch and implement in the global educational community.

EDUCATION.
it is the only thing that separates you from where you want to be in 10 years.

EDUCATION.
do you really want to end up exactly like them? i mean really? exactly?

EDUCATION.
because people on the other side of the world don't all hate you.

EDUCATION.
because picking weeds really sucks at 5AM.

I must say thank you to the faculty and staff of the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information for inviting me to give your convocation address. It’s a wonderful honour and a privilege for me to speak here for ten minutes without fear of contradiction, defamation or retaliation. I say this as a Singaporean and more so as a husband.

My wife is a wonderful person and perfect in every way except one. She is the editor of a magazine. She corrects people for a living. She has honed her expert skills over a quarter of a century, mostly by practising at home during conversations between her and me.

On the other hand, I am a litigator. Essentially, I spend my day telling people how wrong they are. I make my living being disagreeable.

Nevertheless, there is perfect harmony in our matrimonial home. That is because when an editor and a litigator have an argument, the one who triumphs is always the wife.

And so I want to start by giving one piece of advice to the men: when you’ve already won her heart, you don’t need to win every argument.

Marriage is considered one milestone of life. Some of you may already be married. Some of you may never be married. Some of you will be married. Some of you will enjoy the experience so much, you will be married many, many times. Good for you.

The next big milestone in your life is today: your graduation. The end of education. You’re done learning.

You’ve probably been told the big lie that “Learning is a lifelong process” and that therefore you will continue studying and taking masters’ degrees and doctorates and professorships and so on. You know the sort of people who tell you that? Teachers. Don’t you think there is some measure of conflict of interest? They are in the business of learning, after all. Where would they be without you? They need you to be repeat customers.

The good news is that they’re wrong.

The bad news is that you don’t need further education because your entire life is over. It is gone. That may come as a shock to some of you. You’re in your teens or early twenties. People may tell you that you will live to be 70, 80, 90 years old. That is your life expectancy.

I love that term: life expectancy. We all understand the term to mean the average life span of a group of people. But I’m here to talk about a bigger idea, which is what you expect from your life.

You may be very happy to know that Singapore is currently ranked as the country with the third highest life expectancy. We are behind Andorra and Japan, and tied with San Marino. It seems quite clear why people in those countries, and ours, live so long. We share one thing in common: our football teams are all hopeless. There’s very little danger of any of our citizens having their pulses raised by watching us play in the World Cup. Spectators are more likely to be lulled into a gentle and restful nap.

Singaporeans have a life expectancy of 81.8 years. Singapore men live to an average of 79.21 years, while Singapore women live more than five years longer, probably to take into account the additional time they need to spend in the bathroom.

So here you are, in your twenties, thinking that you’ll have another 40 years to go. Four decades in which to live long and prosper.

Bad news. Read the papers. There are people dropping dead when they’re 50, 40, 30 years old. Or quite possibly just after finishing their convocation. They would be very disappointed that they didn’t meet their life expectancy.

I’m here to tell you this. Forget about your life expectancy.

After all, it’s calculated based on an average. And you never, ever want to expect being average.

Revisit those expectations. You might be looking forward to working, falling in love, marrying, raising a family. You are told that, as graduates, you should expect to find a job paying so much, where your hours are so much, where your responsibilities are so much.

That is what is expected of you. And if you live up to it, it will be an awful waste.

If you expect that, you will be limiting yourself. You will be living your life according to boundaries set by average people. I have nothing against average people. But no one should aspire to be them. And you don’t need years of education by the best minds in Singapore to prepare you to be average.

LIFE'S A MESS.

What you should prepare for is mess. Life’s a mess. You are not entitled to expect anything from it. Life is not fair. Everything does not balance out in the end. Life happens, and you have no control over it. Good and bad things happen to you day by day, hour by hour, moment by moment. Your degree is a poor armour against fate.

Don’t expect anything. Erase all life expectancies. Just live. Your life is over as of today. At this point in time, you have grown as tall as you will ever be, you are physically the fittest you will ever be in your entire life and you are probably looking the best that you will ever look. This is as good as it gets. It is all downhill from here. Or up. No one knows.

What does this mean for you? It is good that your life is over.

Since your life is over, you are free. Let me tell you the many wonderful things that you can do when you are free.

RESIST THE TEMPTATION TO GET A JOB. INSTEAD, PLAY.

The most important is this: do not work.

Work is anything that you are compelled to do. By its very nature, it is undesirable.

Work kills. The Japanese have a term “Karoshi”, which means death from overwork. That’s the most dramatic form of how work can kill. But it can also kill you in more subtle ways. If you work, then day by day, bit by bit, your soul is chipped away, disintegrating until there’s nothing left. A rock has been ground into sand and dust.

There’s a common misconception that work is necessary. You will meet people working at miserable jobs. They tell you they are “making a living”. No, they’re not. They’re dying, frittering away their fast-extinguishing lives doing things which are, at best, meaningless and, at worst, harmful.

People will tell you that work ennobles you, that work lends you a certain dignity. Work makes you free. The slogan “Arbeit macht frei” was placed at the entrances to a number of Nazi concentration camps. Utter nonsense.

Do not waste the vast majority of your life doing something you hate so that you can spend the small remainder sliver of your life in modest comfort. You may never reach that end anyway.

Resist the temptation to get a job. Instead, play. Find something you enjoy doing. Do it. Over and over again. You will become good at it for two reasons: you like it, and you do it often. Soon, that will have value in itself.

I like arguing, and I love language. So, I became a litigator. I enjoy it and I would do it for free. If I didn’t do that, I would’ve been in some other type of work that still involved writing fiction – probably a sports journalist.

So what should you do? You will find your own niche. I don’t imagine you will need to look very hard. By this time in your life, you will have a very good idea of what you will want to do. In fact, I’ll go further and say the ideal situation would be that you will not be able to stop yourself pursuing your passions. By this time you should know what your obsessions are. If you enjoy showing off your knowledge and feeling superior, you might become a teacher.

Find that pursuit that will energise you, consume you, become an obsession. Each day, you must rise with a restless enthusiasm. If you don’t, you are working.

Most of you will end up in activities which involve communication. To those of you I have a second message: be wary of the truth. I’m not asking you to speak it, or write it, for there are times when it is dangerous or impossible to do those things. The truth has a great capacity to offend and injure, and you will find that the closer you are to someone, the more care you must take to disguise or even conceal the truth. Often, there is great virtue in being evasive, or equivocating. There is also great skill. Any child can blurt out the truth, without thought to the consequences. It takes great maturity to appreciate the value of silence.

In order to be wary of the truth, you must first know it. That requires great frankness to yourself. Never fool the person in the mirror.

BE HATED.

I have told you that your life is over, that you should not work, and that you should avoid telling the truth. I now say this to you: be hated.

It’s not as easy as it sounds. Do you know anyone who hates you? Yet every great figure who has contributed to the human race has been hated, not just by one person, but often by a great many. That hatred is so strong it has caused those great figures to be shunned, abused, murdered and in one famous instance, nailed to a cross.

One does not have to be evil to be hated. In fact, it’s often the case that one is hated precisely because one is trying to do right by one’s own convictions. It is far too easy to be liked, one merely has to be accommodating and hold no strong convictions. Then one will gravitate towards the centre and settle into the average. That cannot be your role. There are a great many bad people in the world, and if you are not offending them, you must be bad yourself. Popularity is a sure sign that you are doing something wrong.

LOVE ANOTHER HUMAN BEING.

The other side of the coin is this: fall in love.

I didn’t say “be loved”. That requires too much compromise. If one changes one’s looks, personality and values, one can be loved by anyone.

Rather, I exhort you to love another human being. It may seem odd for me to tell you this. You may expect it to happen naturally, without deliberation. That is false. Modern society is anti-love. We’ve taken a microscope to everyone to bring out their flaws and shortcomings. It far easier to find a reason not to love someone, than otherwise. Rejection requires only one reason. Love requires complete acceptance. It is hard work – the only kind of work that I find palatable.

Loving someone has great benefits. There is admiration, learning, attraction and something which, for the want of a better word, we call happiness. In loving someone, we become inspired to better ourselves in every way. We learn the truth worthlessness of material things. We celebrate being human. Loving is good for the soul.

Loving someone is therefore very important, and it is also important to choose the right person. Despite popular culture, love doesn’t happen by chance, at first sight, across a crowded dance floor. It grows slowly, sinking roots first before branching and blossoming. It is not a silly weed, but a mighty tree that weathers every storm.
You will find, that when you have someone to love, that the face is less important than the brain, and the body is less important than the heart.

You will also find that it is no great tragedy if your love is not reciprocated. You are not doing it to be loved back. Its value is to inspire you.

Finally, you will find that there is no half-measure when it comes to loving someone. You either don’t, or you do with every cell in your body, completely and utterly, without reservation or apology. It consumes you, and you are reborn, all the better for it.

Don’t work. Avoid telling the truth. Be hated. Love someone.

Last Saturday, 27th February, I had to wake up early for Red Cross Flag Day. A day where I roam around public asking people to put their donations into the tins I carry.

Anyway, I too, met up with interesting people.

Auntie: I dont have any money, even if I have some, I would'nt even want to donate it to you guys! [In Chinese]

Man: What to do with the sticker?
Me: Stick it on your shirt or anywhere? To proof that you have donated to us.
Man: Means I dont need to donate anymore?
Me: Depends on you.

But, theres one thing that really change my view for this organization, was when I come back. I only manage to atleast get half of the tin full with money.

Quantity over quality, my teacher was not satisfied with the work I got, they told me that I MUST fill the whole tin up. As like other people, I asked them back, "What about notes? There are some who donated $10 and $5 notes, its as good as having it almost full."

But they didn't care, so I told them I am not going to care about this nonsense anymore. They told me that, if I dont get the whole tin full, they wont give me CIP hours.

Back there, I was already on the verge of cursing and swearing them barrage of profanities. It sickens me, why does a well high society organization like Red Cross is doing such sickening thing? This is not hardwork or whatever it is. From my point of view, this is GREED.

I wont say much, I'm just sick of what's around me. Everything seems so dull. The friends, the school, the studies, the hobbies, the family, the house, the music, the whatever it is... I think I need to run away. I can't get a little peace and space for my own. Depression, maybe. Panadols now starting to look like candy to me, I'm trying my best not to consume them for the sake of nothing or because I practically got sick and tired what's around me. Maybe, this is just another challenge in life I have to overcome, or maybe my life just literally have no meaning in it, who knows.

To Write Love On Her Arms, an inspiring organization to help people suffering from depression and suicide attempts. I got to know it through Jonadab, but didn't care about it until Marsha told me about their inspiring vision and mission. I think I'm going to support these people. But before I could do that, I have to start with myself. Love IS the movement.

2009 has just passed and 2010 is on the go! I wonder what lies ahead of this year? Will there be Loudfest 2010? Hillsong, Planet Shakers concerts again?!

2009, has been great, getting to know alot of friends and went through thick and thin together. But. I'm sensing that 2010 will be more promising then 2009, let's just hope so!

Couple days back, I was at Esplanade sitting down and enjoying myself listening to a performing Jazz Band. Consist of Saxophonist, Keyboardist, Bassist, and Drummer.

If only this happens everyday, life would be slightly better.

Sometimes, we hurt people. Yes I hurt people too, purposely or not. Forgiving is hard, we all know that, but its always the correct choice. Forgiving is where one let goes of a personal grudge towards someone personally. But, once we forgive, things open up better for both parties.

Does anyone here listen to Kotaro Oshio? He's a finger-style solo musician, just like Tommy Emmanuel. His songs are so peaceful and inspirational, there some songs that are very lively, he performed one of his lives in Korea by playing a duet with Sung-Jungha, the guitar prodigy boy.

I've been listening non-stop to his musics ever since I got it from torrent. I'd recommend you guys to listen it too.

It's been a month since I updated. I always promised people that I would one day update it very soon, but I would always delay and delay about it. I guess I need more willpower to it!

Few weeks ago, I went to buy a new Speakers for my computer, Altec Lansing VS2420 :D A decent beauty for the sound, makes me keep listening to Solo Piano or Smooth Jazz like Nobody's Business! :D

I've been stressed on most things nowadays, it seems so tired, but yet, im glad that the Lord still puts me through all trials and enable me to survive to this day! Guess I just enjoy every moments in life. But you know, even if we complain all the time and give people our stupid faces, I think it's still a moment of where you really enjoy it! :D

Most exciting part of the story, I went back to Kheng Cheng School, my good old primary school. Meet up with Yilong, Brandon, Samuel, Alexi, Leonard, Benjamin, Desmond, Shen Ming, Gao Yu, Bryan Koh, Carmen, Kester, Jessica, Sheila, Mendi, Vanessa, Ron, Jing Hui, Rui Er, Yi Hui, Sio Fong, Benedict, Wei Kiat, and Daryl! :D

It was really a super great moment there, even if it was short, it was just purely great, I learnt something that it's beyond my words to explain, or maybe it was me just thinking too much. But I really do wish to see these bunch again soon.

For those who comes in here often and reads my blog, its time for me to answer you why I remove songs from my blog. Its really just irritates me, even my own songs. I listen to songs depending on my mood. Imagine you put a lively song on your blog when you're crushed or angry.

Worst, going to people's blog, and they put some songs that I dont really like such as techno, RnB, gangster rap, or even Buddha Techno Remix number 9?! Wierd! LOL

I have nothing against people who put songs on their blog, I only find it irritating thats all. Im just stating my honest feelings afterall.

I have a friend. I dont want to expose her name here, so lets call her XCK [ XinChuKang ] :D She wants me to update my blog so much that she pesters me about it almost everyday! Now she doesnt really wants to support me by picking Apple or Orange for my blog. FML. LOL jk jk

Like finally, I mean seriously, FINALLY!! I have bought my new amplifier, Line 6 Spider 3, 30 watt! Really amazing!! I cant find any sellers or wait since my old Peavey Backstage 15 watt Amplifier was dying on me. So, i had to rush down to Tampines Temasek Poly and get it from Ashley. But I seriously would want to thank Aaron for accompanying me all the way!

Cool huh! Note that the cross in my guitar is NOT an inverted cross, im NOT some crazy Satanic or anti-Christ. Im a Christian for goodness sake!

This year's Gaki No Tsukai has already come out! Newspaper Agency! With all the 5 people, Hamada, Matsumoto, Tanaka, Yamazaki and Endo! Best part for me is when they had their lunch!

I'm finally saved up my money to buy a Line 6 Spider 3, 30 watt!! But... I just need to find a seller, Ash's too lazy to even show his way from Safra Tampines to his house.

And yet, I still have to help someone buy a Rustle Blanket Crumpler, to someone!! I'm going to go bankrupt soon!

Holiday's are over, and now im back to school, did I ever told you that I didnt went to Outward Bounds Singapore thanks to my Food Poisoning from Serangoon's Garden Chomp Chomp? Benson got diarrhoea from it, and im the one with the food poisoning. But, at that saturday night, Jian Cong has finally came to give 30 precious babies to me!

YES!! They are the tickets for Hillsong United's Concert on 25th of July!! Thank you Jian Cong!!

Right now, im at my home, why am I here instead being at school? I caught a flu, and Mr.Ong insisted me of not going to school. But i'll try to be back by Friday. I cant miss too much. Plus Benson maybe caught H1N1, since he has all the symptoms. Take care Benson!

Look who finally finished her meal! Anyway, this post is requested by Rachel Yong as she was proud of herself after finally eating a meal in which for the first time, SHE FINISHED IT! WOW!! Can some of you people clap your hands for that! Alright, no more sarcasm.

It was on a thursday evening, we went to eat at Hougang Mall's foodcourt before heading for the arcade.

Anyway, Church Camp is coming so... Im not going to be back until Thursday evening, im bringing my DSLR and my laptop with me.

Im writing of what happened on 9th of June, the day where my beloved Mentor, Caleb went to National Army, assigned to the Police Division, Home Team Academy. COOL!!

Waking up in the early morning of 6am, well not really early, its the same time like any other of the days where I get up and get ready for school. And met Jin Rong at Bishan MRT going toward Jurong East at 7.15am, Made our way to Choa Chu Kang. Both of us was the earliest. Then came Clement, Leroy, Lionel. We wanted to wait for Leon, but when Lionel was already at Yew Tee, Leon was still at Khatib, which is VERY far away, so we decided to left him, he has to come on his own.

Reaching the Home Team Academy almost 8, which we met Alex and Joseph at the Entrance, while we were going in we have to take stickers to indicate us as visitors, and something happened.

Police officer : take this sticker, give it to everyone, and put it in your right chest
Alex : okay, -puts the sticker on himself and gives to Jin Rong-
Jin Rong : -about to paste the sticker on her bottom left shirt-
Alex : Right chest la! What kind of Right chest dont you understand?!
Jin Rong : You also put at left chest right!!

Complete joke! :D Even the officer started giggling.

Anyway, we went in the hall, where we get to meet Sharleen, Ruo Ping, Caleb's younger sister, Caleb's father, and of course, Leon! :D

Waited for the people to get ready in the hall in which we get to watch their introductory video, performances such as their combat trainings, and of course, my favourite, FOOTDRILL!! It was bloody cool!

After all the performances and introductory, yada yada. Finally came of where they made their affirmation of allegiance.

After that, we headed to the canteen and had lunch, hang out with Caleb one last time, before he leaves and not be back for atleast around 10 days, with his hair gone!

After taking the chartered bus, Jin Rong, Leon, Leroy, Lionel, Ruo Ping, Joseph took the train back to Marina Bay, while Alex went to meet Allison, if correct took the train to Jurong East.

Ruoping and Joseph, alighted at Yishun, Lionel at Braddell, and the rest of us at Dhouby Ghaut, Leroy headed back to church to do his work, while the 3 of us went around MacDonald, Yamaha, and walked to Sinamex, which I tried out the Taylor 616ce! It was amazing! Pure great sound!

And headed back to church, within around half an hour, took our stuffs and went prawning!! and paid 30 dollars for 3 hours [ Ladies night out, pare up with someone of the opposite sex, and the ladies get it for free ] I paired up with Sharleen, and she paid only $5! My money! $25 just flew off infront of my eyes! My wallet is bleeding! Someone give some bandage on it!!

Caught one big prawn, and 3 given by the others, took home and cook them for my father. I told him I went prawning and he went crazy! He seems very interested to go! I should take him prawning sometime!

I wonder how many of you people still reads my blog? It was dead for a long time, assuming not only my laziness conquered it but also my exams which took away the time for me to blog... MOST of the time.

Since then, alot of things went through. Maundy Thursday, Easter Event, Sentosa Outing with classmates, quarreling with some people.

Im going to post some pictures that I took on Maundy Thursday, None on Easter event, too much pictures!

Easter Event AKA God's Answer is Love. Regina, Jia Xin, Yong Kiat, Nelson, Jun Liang, Hui Min, Virginia, Wen Qi, Shu Yi, Clara came. But no one came back, thats the sad part.

Few days back, I went to Sentosa with Siti, Shu Ping, Zhong Lin, Yong Kiat, Shan Ren and Joanna. Sharleen came on the later hand. Had a super casual time there, did nothing but lie on the sand and sleep with Shan Ren, came back only with alot of sunburns.

June holiday is coming! Are you happy? 4 weeks away from school a place of torment AKA living hell -laughs- Anyway. I dont know how to put it to you guys, im just not sure whether I should be happy or should be pissed about it. That's because I have 3 camps coming up -WOW- Yeah, 3 camps. Red Cross Annual Camp, Church Family Camp and my Outward Bounds.

Red Cross Annual camp is maybe going to be a hell of a 3 days 2 nights session, with Kenyon on the leading team, thats just going to be screwed, seriously its going to be " Camp Torture " well MAYBE!!

Church Camp, going to be alot of fun in Kuala Lumpur but, I hope I get enough sleep for this time! Im still wondering whos going to be my roomate, triple sharing or double sharing?

Outward Bounds Singapore, Life on a jungle, wow, I dont know how is it going to be like, I just know that its going to be a hell of a fun!

24 hours a day is not enough yes? I'm really busy up to my max, sleep has been reduced alot too! I need a break! So I'll just summarize everything, from my failed birthday BBQ to Today!

Im down with flu now, the last 2 weeks was Fever and now is Flu. Its really ridiculous of how the weather freaks my body up, well not really, mostly was due to my fault as I always get caught in the rain.

Emergency Exercise happened! Its just some annually stuff that the Red Cross Youth and the teachers trained to make sure casualties or accidents evacuated fast. Alot of Minor Casualties, I think theres only 1 Major Casualty, just like how Kenyon says, " This year quite slack".

On one funny occasion, where teachers act as relatives or parents to the casualties and go physco about their so called "loved ones". Afterall, its an act, Mr. Subra says we did well and of course, the teachers acted well! Kudos, very epic too!

Anyway, I had my English Paper for CA on Tuesday, I was doing it partially asleep AGAIN! Its Social Studies for Friday, and I cant afford myself to fall asleep during the test.

So, I decided to try popping Clorets into my mouth to make myself awake from the upcoming test.

Afterall, Its always hard to make yourself to stay awake without knowing how to do it when you're desperately sleepy. I find that my personal favourite mints, Clorets never failed me to fall asleep.

I have been going through people's blog such as Joseph's, Rachel's, Alson's, Jia Xin's, Regina's and more... But after all that was read. I have to say and conclude that Joseph's blog is one of the most interesting blog that I have ever read. Yes, I knew that long ago, since hes so good in English Language.

First things first, making a blog interesting does not have to talk about the blogger's life. Thats right!

Second of all, pictures are great, I like pictures, so as videos can be helped to spice the blog!

Third, Write neatly, it helps. You dont want things to something like this right?

Im only about to post about my weekends. Seriously, 2 days for a weekend is NOT enough. Even if you give me a 4 months holiday. It still wont be enough for me. I just dont like waking up early to study. Atleast make the school starts at 9am or 10am. LOL!!

I spent the whole saturday sleeping up to noon and went to jam with Kar Wing, Pearson and Ashley. They wanted to play Miseinen for the Gazette Anniversary. Yet they need a rhythmic guitarist. Yes, they are missing Aoi's part, and thats where I took the action! LOL. Darren came along later after his jamming with his own band. After that went to Plaza Singapura with my mum. She wanted to do some window shopping there. So I just tagged along.

Sunday, went to church. Wasnt much before and after the service. It was like normal. But just more of me being quiet and having a black face. Thanks to Sharleen. Shes really getting on my nerve. On Camp Exodus, she already pissed me off, and now. Im at 3N1, I cant believe it that im in the same class with her, its like hell. I have to do her homework at times. She also sabotages me in my Oral presentation too. At class, she like to act big as if shes a big shot and all. Even Siti, Abigail told me that shes really a pain. Gosh! Talking to Caleb didnt really help much either, from the looks of it. He has given up hope, So am I. Im tired of what im trying to be in which seems to be impossible. But I wanna thank Rachel atleast she understands how I feel. Talking out or solving out didnt really help much. But atleast she understands. Thanks alot.

Its double zipper. I wanted to get a single zipper, but my handphone is too bulky. So yeah. Too bad. LOL

I would like also to present to you my new BOSS wallet. Mum gave it to me for Chinese New Year, she thinks my old wallet looks like a shit after using it for 3 years straight. It smells. LOL Its 3 years anyway. So I went to wash it and dry it up, now its kept inside at my cupboard for backup uses or I will give it to my brother for his birthday. Which I dont think he will want it anyway. LOL!!

Today is Ridhwan's 2nd round in Campus Superstar 2009! I didnt get to watch it. I'll just ask my friend how he done it. I hope he wont be kicked out in which I think he did. Poor him. Its hard for a Malay guy to sing Chinese songs alright. And yet he still make the effort of memorising and singing it up on TV and stage. Kudos to you, eventhough if you get kicked out, IF! But I hope you dont get kicked.

Such a boring weekend! Chinese New Year's next week!

Let's start from Friday afternoon. Me and Zack were partners! Both of us cut queue all the way until both of us were the only Red Cross Cadets in the Girl Guide's group [ Girl Guides leading on that day ]

Anyway, on Saturday I went Bras Basah with Kenneth look for Amplifiers, Acoustic guitars and Multi effects pedals. Saw Isiaiah. The first thing he said is " WOW Kevin, you gained weight! " haha! And Kenneth took out a Jack and Danny Acoustic Guitar. I tried it, it owns Taylor Series 1 and 2 on the acoustic sounds and quality! It $225 rather then wasting money beyond $1000 to $2000! WOW! And Kenneth shared me his vodka. BOLS Lychee. Its damn sweet. Sweeter then Red Bull! But it was nice! LOL

There it is! He also let me take some home. Had a great time at night! Feel it with the blues and jazz man! LOL

Sunday, went to church so early that I didnt know that Pastor Gary haven reached! [ 8.45am ] No, its not like 5am or 6! LOL! Something happened big! Ben was like crazy on me! HAHAHA! SUGAR RUSH! But it all ends at night when something happened between Bibi and Eldwin.

I just realised that my blog has been dead for ages and ages. Fossiled blog. Anyway, I came to post to tell you all that Im going to update this thing for awhile, I hope I dont spend too much on pictures. You know how bloody slow is photobucket to upload my SLR's pictures. And they too changed the features, very depressing for me.

Anyway, Happy Punani 2009 for you all out there. Not so good with me though, things I have to face and school has reopened. I dont really like our class though, quite for some arrogant jerks in the class, and I hope they dont have to be stuck with me for 3 damn bloody years.

Plus, I know that not alot of my church people will be reading this blog, its okay, I can use it to steam it off with this post, no vulgarities, no whatever shit, hopefully no sore typical STOMPers comes and read it. Okay, I decided not to go back there for maybe a few months. Im seriously emotionally tired and spiritually quite sick and dry. I need to get things off my chest, and yet I cant believe you all dont help me with this. More or less im more dissapointed in Benjamin Tan. 3 Nights ago, Jenny posted up a freakin funny video of himself dancing Tell Me by Wonder Girls. Freakin hilarious, because of his facial expressions. And Kar Wing wanted me to try out for Cosfest, she wants me to be a guitarist to play an anime song, and I think Rolling Star by YUI would do great.

Holiday you ask? Normal as I get more and more inactive in church, so I'm more on my computer talking to people like Fabian, Ashley, Bibiana and Kar Wing. Also did adjust on my guitaring. Not much special as I always play by myself. But I was wondering, I never get into a band before. How am I going to survive that Cosplay Festival thing, im really interested but looks like I dont stand a chance! -laughs-

November is ending, and December is coming, I wasted it doing purely nothing but sitting in this computer and playing my guitar. Well almost all the time. I havent bought my books yet my homework is still piling up like crap.

Yayy! This week was cool! I went almost everyday with Marcus and Matthew! :D

Monday went around Kovan at night at arcade and all having fun.

Tuesday went for the Nick Vujicic, Seeing him, I admired and respect him so much after all the hard times of what he had gone through, his disabled life has became a normal life! He's happy, he's smiling, he doesnt complain and he DOES not feel sad!

It was my first time I went to Heart of God Church, so packed, so awesome, so full of God's presence. Guess what, Raymond's church was there, and I finally saw Teresa. -laughs-

Just to let you guys know, Nick Vujicic is a guy borned without limbs and legs, doctors has no clues why, but he has live his life to the fullest, having a double Bachelor's degrees and is the president of Life Without Limits and Attitude is Altitude!

Today shall be a short post, Went jamming with Kar Wing, Chong Wei, Pear and Ash. Epic failure. So I went home after going to Ash's house! His ESP Forest GT is awesome!

Lets start with thursday where I keep sleeping in almost every lesson, well not lessons, but Im just sleeping for the sake of sacrificing my sleep time on the night before and burning time, and yet it's so slow. Ugh... I woke up with red ears.

After school, I went straight for church for the cell meeting. Nothing much to say, but they wanted me to download a video, well more like I volunteered LOL. I went straight to Apple shop at Wheelock to get a shell for my Ipod, to prevent scratches and bla bla bla yada yada [ The reason why Im lazy to type all the craps but I end up typing more, mwahaha ]

At the end, it was $39 when my wallet only given birth up to $15. I decided after my wallet cried. LOL, And I went straight to sleep. I cant take it anymore. It really is a very torturing week. I woke up around 10 and went back to sleep at 12 again.

I woke up in the afternoon around 1.30. I slept like a pig for real, I wasted my time on the computer until 6 where I left for church to have Pot Luck dinner, it was quite a let down, as we didnt got enough food.

I left churh at near 9.30 after everything was over with the smell of chocolate on my face, hair and shirt, thanks to Brenda, it was a planned attack alright! I didnt know that Sharleen, Leon, Brenda, Leon and Benson planned it all!

I went around surfing net and all until now, sleeping, I hate uploadings DSLR photos on photobucket, its super slow. UGH Oh, for those who wanna read and see an example of a twit and vulgarity post.

Alright! Today wasn't so bad as expected, I was shocked myself though. But I drained ALOT of energy. I woke up late as usual, just, to let you know, I passed my Literature and Maths!

I left the class on at 12.30 for my lunch break before going to Bedok Reservoir for our Tree Top Adventure games. which includes Flying Fox over the parts of the reservoirs or swinging down to catch the nets and all, it was fun yet was so scary, Alson screamed so loud! Haha. I did screamed too, one of the instructors pushed me before I got ready and all. It was VERY freaky! Mr. Subra also pushed me too! He's such a bully! Haha!

Shirley, not Shirley Peh but the other one, and Pamela didnt dare to jumped and swing for the net, they cried at the spot for almost 2 hours, gosh. But Pamela finally jumped and she screamed so hard as if she's going to get killed or what. -laughs so hard-

After all those, screaming, running around, climbing, and walking carefully along the planks not to get ourselves drop. We ate ice cream and slacked for awhile as the bus was on the way, and on the bus, Pamela, who was just sitting across the aisle of the bus was texting her message halfway and fell asleep. Zack, helped me caught these two pictures! Thanks! -laughs-

After all these, I rushed to Wheelock Place to get my Ipod back, and guess what! They gave me a new one! -cheers-. I need to save money to buy the Ipod's protection case from scratches or even another accident happening from the future! SAFETY FIRST! LOL

I just got my class photo back. Memories just started to flash back went I started meeting all of you. Jokes, laughter, cries, angers, jealousy, evil schemes, craps, humility and all, it just flashed back and reminds me how life have been spent for the last two years since I left Kheng Cheng and came to Bendemeer Secondary.

Man, Today really sucked alot! And it happened in a couple of hours! Shao Hong was getting pissed off by his marks and he went judging around people, specially me, I saw him wrote something in his msn like " Yao Wei beat something something in something something " But he changed it quickly, and he just started judging me around scolding me around pissing me off, well more of teasing and all and boils my blood, but I never care as Redmond says he judge people.

Oh well, kids are kids, he's a keyboard warrior in computer, he didnt even dare to settle things in school properly, as in talking and all, no fights. he just goes like : Aw man, Kevin's gonna beat me at school and all.

Suddenly this guy without any reasons he would go and scold me for no freakin reasons. wierd guy. It just sucks that it all happened in one day,

I shall be collecting my Ipod tomorrow, AFTER my Red Cross Youth session, that sucks huh, For once I thought that I can get it in peace after school, but Red Cross slipped out of my mind. Argh! I cant take it anymore.

FUCK IT!! There's so many things, YET thursday theres another Red Cross Event in WHICH I may have to delay my stuffs for the Cell Group's meeting, so screwed. I wish it was friday, Im free on friday, I wanna go take pictures around Singapore, maybe...

I need peace now. I never thought when exams are over things get so chaotic. Urgh! I didnt get to go to Chennai, India too. Hopefully I can go other countries though. its almost 1am anyway.

Woke up at 10.30 and left the house at 11am. Meeting Kar Wing and Chong Wei, yet for once I thought I couldnt make it, and worst is that they were late -laughs hard- Before we went to Peninsula, we had breakfast at Long John Silver, and I drank a large ice lemon tea, I finished it, my gosh, thats just going to go straight to my bladder. LOL

Chong Wei - Wanted to a new bass, but instead of trying some, he went there and act like sissy and shy all the way with us. Haha, joker.

I wasted my time on learning I'm Alright by Neil Zaza [ my new blog' melody ]

I cant really do it, I need to practice jumping strings more. Tomorrow is sunday. Man, what will the upcoming weekdays be like, 3 days of correcting papers, 2 days of get judgement. Hopefully I pass another subject overall, and Im in the safe zone.

English - I was suprised that it was VERY easy, but almost all my classmate says its UBER hard, which I was shocked that the ones says hard will pass and the ones says easy fail. LOLOL

Science - I screwed it too maybe, But I hope to pass it, even IF I failed it, but my CA1, SA1, CA2 pass like rainbows. I also slept doing it. Damnation
